Mr. Paz was cofounder of Telegate Ltd., a company which specialized in voice and data access transport over cable infrastructure. When Telegate was acquired by Terayon Communications Systems in late 1999, Mr. Paz became VP of Business Development of the merged Terayon. His mandate involved supporting global marketing strategies as well as defining strategies and products set up to enhance global synergies across the company. Mr. Paz also held positions at P&L, a Tadiran Communications Systems Division.

Mr. Paz has over 25 years of experience in the Telecom & IT industries and has a B.S.E.E. degree cum laude from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
