Mr. Perazzi is head of NGP Group’s M&A practice and is responsible for leveraging the Group’s extensive network of global resources and relationships to create growth opportunities for portfolio companies and prospective clients. This involves, among other activities, looking for potential combinations to jumpstart the growth / international expansion of NGP Group’s clients, finding partners for international growth through partnerships / joint ventures, finding capital for growth and looking for potential co-investment opportunities.

Mr. Perazzi has extensive experience in strategic advisory, financing and fund raising services with particular focus in the Media, Communications and Technology industries. Prior to joining NGP Group, he completed transactions in the US, Europe and Latin America for clients including: AT&T Wireless, Blockbuster, Cingular Wireless, EchoStar, Harrah’s Entertainment, IntelSat, NBC, PanAmSat, Premiere AG, Reuters, Six Flags, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, Sprint, Time Warner, Vivendi, Warner Music Group. Mr. Perazzi also worked on several advisory and financing assignments for developing companies with main focus on digital media, online providers and new media for clients including: Bebo, Birthdayalarm.com, FanDome, ManiaTV!, Navisite, Primedia, Universal Orlando theme park, WeddingChannel.com.

Mr. Perazzi, prior to his position at NGP Group, was Principal at AGM Partners, a New York-based M&A boutique that provides strategic advisory services with focus in the Media and Communications industries, covering U.S. and European clients. Prior to this role, Mr. Perazzi spent ten years in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Communications & Media groups at Lehman Brothers NY, covering different sectors including telecom big caps, wireless, diversified media and emerging communications companies, including two years spent in the Lehman Brothers London office. 

Mr. Perazzi is a graduate of Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy and holds an M.B.A. degree from HEC Business School in Paris, France.
