Mr. Bourroul is responsible for supporting NGP Brazil’s activities including management of relationship with local partners. Mr. Bourroul was a founding Partner at Bourroul Consultores SA (BCSA), an independent consultancy, working alongside companies such as Bain & Co. and Cambridge Management Consulting. Before BCSA, Mr. Bourroul acted as the Publisher for RAUSP, Universidade de São Paulo’s Business Review, and held various consulting positions at Value Partners Management Consulting, Andersen Consulting and Promon Engenharia. Mr. Bourroul’s clients covered the following industries: transport, food & beverage, banking, media, communication & entertainment, IT, pulp & paper, textile, auto-parts, electro-electronics, metallurgical, agribusiness and telecom. Projects ranged from quality & productivity, process reengineering; cost reduction, operational improvements, business unit strategy, corporate strategy, corporate governance, and, M&A.

Mr. Bourroul holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil.
