ERMOLLI, ALESSANDRO
Mr. Ermolli is an NGP Group co-founder and serves as Head of International Business Development for SANPAOLO IMI SpA Bank, a leading Italian banking group.


Prior to this post he was Head of Business Development for Banca OPI (SANPAOLO IMI 's Project & Infrastructure Finance Global Division). Previously he was in charge of the American Region's Project & Structured Financing Group at SanPaolo IMI. Previously he worked as Project Financing Officer at The World Bank and he served as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank. During this period Mr. Ermolli contributed to numerous project advisory groups that focus on corporate start-ups, project green-fields, and privatization in the Latin American region.

He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, telecommunication and technology sectors, and has co-authored two award-winning adviosry-related studies for project development and fundraising.

Mr. Ermolli has worked as a Management Consultant in Milan, Italy, working in collaboration on business planning, process re-engineering, and due-diligence for cross-border M&A.

FICHERA, ENRICO MARINI
Mr. Marini Fichera is a Vice President at Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc., an investment banking firm serving middle market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Joseph Mr. Marini Fichera? was a Vice President in the M&A Group at CapitalKey Advisors, LLC., a technology-enabled investment bank serving small and medium-sized companies, whose shareholders include Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Prior to joining CapitalKey, he was in the Corporate Finance Group at Warburg Dillon Read LLC where he worked on various M&A assignments and financings with a total transaction value greater than $4 billion. Prior to Warburg Dillon Read, he was at Lazard Frres & Co. LLC.

Mr. Marini Fichera received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Columbia University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

PERAZZI, EMANUELE
Mr. Perazzi is a Principal at AGM Partners, a New York-based Mergers & Acquisitions boutique serving Media & Telecommunications clients.

In 2003, AGM leading transactions were as advisor to NBC in their acquisition of Vivendi Universal Entertainment as well as well advisor to a private equity consortium led by Thomas H. Lee Partners and Edgar Bronfman, Jr. in their acquisition of Warner Music Group.

Before joining AGM Partners, Mr. Perazzi spent ten years in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Communications & Media groups at Lehman Brothers, covering different sectors including telecom big caps, wireless, diversified media and emerging communications companies.

Mr. Perazzi has been involved in high profile transactions in the U.S., Europe and Latin America; he advised major telecom operators - including MCI Communications, SBC and BellSouth - and media companies - including MediaOne - in the US, Telecom Italia, Olivetti, Omnitel and Vivendi in Europe and Telefonica in Latin America. Mr. Perazzi has also been responsible for the Lehman M&A practice in the emerging communications space, having worked with companies like Exodus and Akamai in the US and GTS in Europe.

Mr. Perazzi is a graduate of Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy and holds an MBA degree from HEC Business School in Paris, France.

SICHERLE, CAMILLO
Mr. Sicherle, attorney at law, is Senior Partner at Sicherle e Associados, a firm he founded in 2001.

Prior to founding and leading his own law firm, Mr. Sicherle was a Partner at Ippolito, Rivitti, Duarte e Sicherle Advogados in charge of corporate, banking and international law activities.

Mr. Sicherle graduated in 1989 at the University of São Paulo Law School. He also graduated in Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo Economics and Business Administration School in 1990 and received a Masters of Law (LLM) from Cornell Law School, USA, in 1992.

He has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, since 1990 and has worked since 1988 with corporate, banking and international law in some of the most highly regarded business law firms in São Paulo, including Tavares Guerreiro Advogados; Demarest e Almeida; Stroeter, Hallack e Apocalypse Advogados and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr., Moherdaui e Quiroga Advogados. During 1995 and 1996, he worked as legal counsel to the Board of Directors of Unibanco Asset Management - Banco de Investimento S.A.

VANNINI, PAOLO
Mr. Vannini is President and Founder of Vannini & Associates, a New York City based business consulting group.

Before founding V&A, he was President and CEO of Fiat USA Inc., where his responsibilities included providing strategic consulting and business development services to 21 operating companies, with combined revenue of $6B and 19 thousand employees in NAFTA. Prior to becoming President and CEO, as SVP of Corporate Communications, he was responsible for corporate, governmental, media, and public relations in a period of significant growth, alliances and acquisitions of the Fiat Group in North America.

Prior, Mr. Vannini has worked in Europe, as Marketing Manager for a large consumer company, Cinzano Spa, as well as in India, where he was Deputy General Manager for Sesa Seat Information System, one of the first companies to introduce the Yellow Pages business in India.

Mr. Vannini has extensive experience in global business development and international relations, and throughout his career he has developed a comprehensive background in operations management, strategy, marketing, communications and business development.

Mr. Vannini holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin, Italy, and has conducted multiple lectures as a guest speaker at New York University and other institutions. He is a board member of The Italian American Chamber of Commerce of New York.

WOLFIELD, BARRY
Mr. Wolfield is Associate Partner within Accenture's Products Operating Group, focused on selling and delivering technology solutions.

In this position, Mr. Wolfield is responsible for large Management and IT Consulting engagements with Global 2000 companies. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Wolfield was Vice President of Client Services at Greystone, a turn-key business intelligence and applications integration technology company, responsible for managing the development and execution of Greystones relationships. As an integral member of the executive team Barry brought nearly two decades of technology experience to Greystone.

Before Greystone, he served as Syncline's Chief Operating Officer responsible for guiding and executing Syncline's (a provider of web-based mapping services) market strategy.

Before Syncline, Barry held a number of executive positions at Razorfish and Accenture. At Razorfish, he led many successful engagements with both Fortune 500 companies and Internet start-ups. He also built Razorfish's alliance program, including strategic relationships with Microsoft, Intel, Hewlett Packard and many others. At Accenture, he started and ran the Northeast Internet Center of Excellence. This business unit focused on defining and executing Accenture's entry into electronic business consulting services. Prior to consulting, Barry spent ten years developing software products within the technology industry.

THEODORIDIS, MICHAEL
Mr. Theodoridis is the Chief Operating Officer of Cinoni, a provider of technology capital to venture-backed startups.

He has implemented numerous eCommerce projects for US and European Global 100 companies, including Deutsche Bank and Daimler-Benz. He has also held management positions at Razorfish, Identrus, and IBM/CGI, and has first-hand startup experience with consultancies Benchmarking Partners, i-cube, and technology company Identrus. Mr. Theodoridis speaks fluent English, German, French, and Greek, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

In Memory

On September 11, 2001 American Airlines Flight 11 took away the life of a dear friend and member of our Board of Advisors in its tragic voyage into History. On the plane with Mr. Theodoridis was his pregnant wife, Rahma Salie.

Nexus Global Partners lost a supportive contributor, a consummate professional and a dear friend. Micky and Rahma will be forever missed. During a memorial held on September 18, 2001 hundreds gathered to share the pain and celebrate their lives. With the same spirit, we respectfully leave on this page Mr. Theodoridis' original bio as it stood at the time of his senseless death.
