NGP GROUP ROLE - NGP GROUP and Pixellabs jointly identified the opportunity to expand Pixellabs market presence outside Brazil. In order to capitalize on this opportunity, Pixellabs and NGP GROUP established a contractual agreement to seek Joint Venture Opportunities, Referral Client Business, Strategic Partnerships, or other appropriate business arrangement in international markets covered by NGP GROUP.
