NGP GROUP ROLE - NGP GROUP and OBJECTWAY jointly identified the opportunity to support OBJECTWAY's growth in the Italian and International markets. In order to capitalize on this opportunity, OBJECTWAY and NGP GROUP established a contractual agreement to:

- Act as OBJECTWAY's dedicated financial and strategic advisor in the acquisition of target companies aimed at supporting its expansion strategy.
- Seek Government Funding, Joint Venture Opportunities, Referral Client Business, Strategic Partnerships, or other appropriate business arrangement in international markets covered by NGP GROUP.
