NGP GROUP ROLE - NGP GROUP and Microarea jointly identified the opportunity to expand Microarea market presence in Latin America. In order to capitalize
on this opportunity, Microarea and NGP GROUP established a contractual agreement to seek Joint Venture Opportunities, Distribution Agreements and/or other appropriate business arrangement in Brazil and Chile.
