In order to capitalize on this opportunity, Coyote and NGP GROUP established a contractual agreement to seek Distribution Agreements, Referral Client Business and/or other appropriate business arrangement in Latin America. NGP GROUP is exclusive representative for Coyote in Brazil and Chile.
