announced that their LearningServer eLearning software has passed the
Microsoft Platform Test for ISV Solutions for the second time. Testing was
conducted independently by VeriTest, a testing service of Lionbridge
Technologies.

In addition to completing the Windows Server 2003, LearningServer also
completed the SQL Server 2005 component test. Testing was performed on the
newly released version 2.1. This contributes to IntraLearn Software's
seventh year status as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with proficiencies
in ISV/Software and Networking Infrastructure Solutions.

Each of these programs offers independent software vendors (ISVs) a way to
assure their customers of high quality and interoperability. Passing this
test helps Microsoft ISV Partners with software applications that run on
Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP achieve the ISV/Software Solutions
Competency of the Microsoft Partner Program.
