Manfredi along with AFG Pentar has established a new company with an head office located in Netherlands. The newco will establish and directly manage some flagship stores located in China, in order to import the products of the brand Manfredi and develop the sales network. AFG Pentar has signed an agreement providing a 70% equity stake in the project.
